Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Solstice AI ("we," "us," or "our"), a DBA of P&N Holding Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company, covering Solstice AI at solsticegrowthai.com and app.solsticegrowthai.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Each account may run one free preview scan, for one website, before subscribing.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not refund partial periods. Plan limits, such as the number of sites and scans, are shown when you choose a plan. We will give you notice before any price change takes effect on your next renewal.
If you invite friends and at least one of them becomes a paying customer, you earn three months of account credit, one time only, no matter how many friends subscribe. Account credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Acceptable use
Only submit websites you own or are authorized to work on. Do not misuse the Service, including by trying to get around plan limits or security measures, creating accounts to get extra free scans, scraping or reselling the Service, reverse engineering it, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your data and content
You keep ownership of your data and your content. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you connect Google Analytics or Google Search Console, we access them read only and never change anything in your accounts.
Reports, AI writing, and results
The numbers in your report are computed from your connected data and from public search data. Written explanations, rewrites, and new pages are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, so review them before you publish anything. You are responsible for what you publish on your website.
Search rankings depend on many things outside our control. Grades and traffic figures labeled as possible show what your data suggests could happen, not a promise. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, or revenue result.
Our property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us. These terms give you a limited right to use it while your account is in good standing. They do not give you ownership of it.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service. If we stop offering the Service, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any prepaid time you did not get to use.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by content you submit or by your breaking these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms. Contact Solstice AI at privacy@solsticegrowthai.com.
